There is a beautifully mantled gas-burning fireplace in the living room and stunning views of the Occidental Valley and downtown Occidental; however, there is a television and DVD player … just in case. Outside, the views are magnificent from the covered deck.”
“The Studio is a one bedroom in Tuscan style with a four-post queen bed and linens for beds and baths accommodating two adults. For now, there is no kitchen. The extra large deck has two sitting areas, a BBQ, water feature, and wonderful views of the surrounding hills.”
